I'm in a box!

I miss being a kid, how easy it was to get excited over really simple things.
My 2 nephews were round the other day, playing with their hundreds of toys they got over Christmas. When the younger one came across a transparent plastic box, curled up on his back and put the box on top of him. Then shouted to his older brother “Aid! I’m in a box!”. In response, Aiden jumped up, leaving his favourite toy, ran over to his younger brother, and demanded having a turn.
When I have kids, their Christmas presents are going to be simple and cheap.
Let their imagination run free- good times!

Miracle conditioner

Oh my god! Its a sign! I just noticed this on my conditioner. (Loreal- because I’m worth it). There is a code on the conditioner which spells out GOD.

My first thought; How much money can I con out of bible bashing fanatics by convincing them that a drop of my conditioner can perform miracles?
My second thought; what if I pass this info onto Loreal?, they can pay me. I mean, who wouldn’t buy God endorsed conditioner?!
Imagine the series of adverts...
1.       Focus on long luscious golden shiny hair, zoom out to see clouds surrounding the figure, loads of beautiful angels come into view around figure, they are washing their hair. The figure turns round. Its God (actually its an actor playing god, but go with it) “Because we’re worth it”.
2.       There is a man with long, dry, damaged hair, walking across the desert. A cloud appears. Booming voice- “My son”, the man looks up “Father, please help me”. A lightning bolt is thrown from the cloud and hits the man’s hands, he looks down and there is conditioner. Jesus (incase you hadn’t already worked out who the man was) washes his hair with this conditioner, and it becomes shiny and smooth. The booming voice from the cloud “Because your worth it”.
3.       Judas has betrayed Jesus, he has given up the secrets of the miracle conditioner and where to find it. Jesus is on the cross. All the romans have long silky smooth hair. Jesus “Forgive them father, they are worth it.”

The boring new blog intro

This Post is probably going to be the most boring and pathetic, it is the first post, so it should be introductory.

I'm Nikki, I wanted to share the weird/funny/whatever things in my head with other people, or if noone reads my posts then just have somewhere that I have written it down just for records sake.

Most things I write here will be random. No specific area.

I am tinkering with the idea of starting a separate blog to home my more serious writing, ie poetry/stories/book reviews. Will link when I have.

I am desperately trying to think of some way to improve this post, but short of deleting it and just starting with no intro, I think I will just have to accept its inadequacies and get on with posting the next post, or first proper post.

Enjoy.
